Our manufacturing platform can grow stem cell derived organoids at scale. These organoids are not like the others, they contain multiple lineages. For example, do you want to test if your small molecule effects myelin, oligodendrocytes, and microglia ... we've got you covered.

How do we do this

We have developed proprietary protocols that leverage our skills in synthetic and stem cell biology. We are pushing the limits of what you can do with organoids but in a way that is scalable and cost-effective for everyone.

Automation and AI is also at the center of what we do. Automated cell culturing with high content imaging ... yes we tick that box.

Our models

Central Nervous System (CNS) Organoids

Our CNS organoids are immune competent and contain neural rosettes, regional differentiation, neural tube folding, and oligodendrocyte enrichment as early as 2 weeks.

  • Day 60-120: Mature astrocytes and myelinating oligodendrocytes
  • Contains both upper and sub-cortical neuron layers
  • Immune competent with microglia for neuroinflammation studies
  • Oligodendrocyte enriched organoid model for myelin research

Hepatobiliary Organoids

Our hepatobiliary organoids are immune competent and consist of hepatocytes and cholangiocytes, organized into epithelia that surround the lumina of bile duct–like structures.

  • Contains pericentral and peri-portal hepatocyte populations
  • Immune competent with Kupffer cells and stellate cells
  • Ideal for fibrosis studies and understanding liver disease progression
  • Functional bile duct–like structures for drug metabolism and toxicity studies

Kidney Organoids

Our kidney organoids contain segmented nephrons composed of collecting duct, renal interstitium, and endothelium with complex morphogenetic patterning.

  • Collecting duct trees connecting to distal and proximal tubules
  • Multiple nephron segments including podocytes
  • Time-dependent maturation of tubule segments

Cardiac Organoids

Our cardiac organoids replicate the structure, organization, functionality, ECM composition, vascularization and complexity of cardiac cell types.

  • Beating organoids from Week 1, lasting 8+ weeks
  • 60-70% cardiomyocytes, 10-20% epicardial cells
  • Epicardial tissue mimicking embryonic heart structure
  • Includes cardiac fibroblasts, endothelial cells, ECM proteins
